1st sem started!!!
wow...2 months long holidays has been passed dy,very miss my holidays leh,haiz...wanna piah liao tiz sem...so,how do u all feel wiv tiz new sem?lecturer?4 me everything seems quite ok but i wonder why have got sum courses have to b separated into 2 groups?there r not many plp in our batch if include education students...anyway,may b it's jz our school's policies,but i think it's not quite suitable 4 quantity of our batch...hopefully all da lectueres do their jobs n r able to teach us well...i hope u all can spend ur time to write blogs here in order to make our blog sites lively...ok la,i'll b damn bz in tiz sem wiv activities bsides studies too...so,i'll try to do some posts whenever i can..c yea...

This semester started alright, in fact, is our second year in USM! At a glance everybody is busy with their club, all except me, for now. Man, this semester sure rockzz, as you can see, we have a few lecturers here with history of having a high failure rate in their respective subject. So this means even the best will fall like tumbling towers right? See lo, may be yes may be no, some said I cannot fail but dunno why I say I may fail.
Just joking. By the way just wanted to let you guys know that you aren’t owned yet. “Don’t give up at the beginning”( dunno which grandmother story is this), that is something we can do. Btw, how are everyone who stay at Sungai Dua? Even we live apart but you guys got Shyue Piin so your studies got no problem right? Hope everyone can sleep well there…
Back to business here so now we have our time table, we ought to make some preparations for the future, i.e. prepare for the worst in this case, coz we know is easily to got owned this semester. So everyone have their own style, I wish you guys good luck, coz I also cannot do all by myself…
I know that some of you guys know what I did last holiday, and what I’ve learned, who I’ve going to lunch with. Any way, I want to share something that might be useful to all those who do lab 200, preferably, those who ‘kena’ Doreamon experiment.

This is something that is even better than adjusting your ruler on the centroid to draw a straight line. This method may be lengthy, but it is an important tool for a physicist, or in DOTA language, your near ULTI weapon.
I learn this in the holidays, unfortunately, I use the computer, Microsoft excel, to compute the data for me so I haven’t tried evaluating using my hand. Sorry for that.
The maximum value of R2 (r-square) is 1, that means when it nears one, your data has a high accuracy. Note that this is only to let you know how your data fit well in a straight line, but does not tell you whether the data is correct or not. Suppose you need to do step A to obtain a set of data X, which is the correct way, you end up using step B and obtain set data Y, which is incorrect but also gives you a high R2 (r-square), in that case you may not know that your data is wrong, even how accurate it is, so becareful!
